Ryans Steak House...Christiansburg, VA

Time:  Approximately 12:30 p.m.

 Ryans Steak House is a restaurant chain, and our local location is in Christiansburg, VA.  My husband signed up with a program online that yields a coupon for a free buffet (with the purchase of a 2nd) on occasions such as birthdays and anniversaries.  It was our anniversary...and he received a coupon by e-mail.

     We have been to Ryans many times...and have never had a complaint about it.  The food is always hot...tasty...and the food and salad bars are kept well stocked.  This visit was no exception; however...

     

     

Preamble...

I read in a blog recently that we, as consumers, make the mistake of "settling" for bad and poor service and merchandise quality.  The writer said that we should learn to speak up...demand the degree of service to which we are entitled.  
     I intend to do just that; however, I thought it might be of some use (to someone, if not just myself) to keep a running diary of my experiences with various retailers throughout our area.  
     These experiences may be negative.  They may be positive.  However, from my point of view and perspective, they will be an honest evaluation and report of my experience with a particular business.

   Before my first post, I must first make this disclosure.  This is a blog about my personal experiences as a consumer.  These observations are my opinions (based on these experiences) and the reader should take them in the spirit in which they are offered.
