Preamble...

I read in a blog recently that we, as consumers, make the mistake of "settling" for bad and poor service and merchandise quality.  The writer said that we should learn to speak up...demand the degree of service to which we are entitled.  
     I intend to do just that; however, I thought it might be of some use (to someone, if not just myself) to keep a running diary of my experiences with various retailers throughout our area.  
     These experiences may be negative.  They may be positive.  However, from my point of view and perspective, they will be an honest evaluation and report of my experience with a particular business.  
     Off I go....
